A hidden gem in the city

The staff went above and beyond, providing local dining recommendations. The cozy bedding made every night a dream. I loved the calming atmosphere of the hotel.

However, the room’s decor felt a bit outdated, and I struggled with the Wi-Fi connection occasionally. A few more toiletries would have been nice too.

I had a great stay with the nice gym and the pool that was perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was fantastic with freshly made omelets, and I enjoyed the nearby shopping mall with lots of dining options. I'd definitely come back!

This hotel suits me perfectly with its outdoor swimming pool, 24-hour reception, and cozy bar area. I appreciate the staff's help. they even found a jewel I lost during my first stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing escape!

Great location and helpful staff

We spent 3 nights in a cozy Premium Queen Room. The area is super nice, and having a mall nearby is a bonus for dinner spots. Gotta say, the staff were awesome—always there to help. Just wish the check-in process wasn’t so sneaky. The gym and pool were nice touches too.

My kids wished there was a designated kids’ zone at the pool to keep them entertained. Also, some of the elevators were a bit slow and could use improvement for families with young children.
